Everyone was nice. Dr. Jack gave me a plan for maintenance. The X-ray tech was nice a welcoming. And Lindsey was OFF THE CHARTS!! So nice. Explained everything thoroughly. I get major anxiety and I was actually able to relax during my cleaning because of the way she was. I had to stop here to tell her how calm I was feeling and that I appreciated her taking the time to do that. UPDATE: sad to se Dr. Jack has moved on but Lindsey is still taking care of me. Dare I say I’m starting to look forward to my visits with her?! I’m here as long as she is. More

Mint Dentistry is still the best out there. They are very kind, courteous and professional. They offer true on-line appointment scheduling without the hassle of having to call or receive numerous phone calls to schedule. Mint accepts a very good number of insurance plans, and they list them on their website. They have top of the line dental hygienist who perform the X-rays and dental cleaning. Their dentist are truly professional without the pressure sales pitches of “you have to do this” or “you must do this as soon as possible.” They’re caring in the way they present what’s going on with you, they create a transparent plan, give you your options and then it’s up to you to decide on how to proceed. They approach it like any medical condition knowing they can’t make you do anything, all they can do is provide you the most accurate information so you can make the best informed decision. I really appreciate them and so will you if you choose them! More

Going to the dentist is usually something I dread due to terrible experiences. I decided to try Mint Dentistry in Frisco hoping for a new perspective and experience. I gotta say that I really enjoyed the entire experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly with a great sense of humor! They give you the option to listen to your preferred style of music or watch Netflix while you have your teeth cleaned so that was definitely a new experience for me. To finish it off they provided a free teeth whitening kit. Definitely recommend giving Mint a try! More

I was so nervous being pregnant and my first time back for a cleaning, but everyone was kind and explained things thoroughly which helped me feel more at ease. Now I normally hate the dentist! Because every time I go I feel rushed and forced to do something. This place made me feel like I was getting my teeth cleaned at home. Jasmine the nice lady at the front , was very patient with me she guided me through the whole process. She even shared her dental experiences with me ! The dentist was gentle and Tashia my Hygienist was detailed in my cleaning I almost feel asleep. I was able to schedule my treatment next day because I was to scare to do the same day but they understood and gave me more encouragement to comeback the next day. This was the best dental experience I like this place! More

I went for a cleaning and they told me about fillings needed. I elected for the fillings. I'm on oxygen (3 months) and suffer from anxiety, so I always ask dentists for laughing gas. This became a problem because I ended up in the hospital 3 days. I began to feel like I was coming down with something immediately after leaving Mint. COVID test came back negative and I used different cough meds for a few days. My lung doc sent me to ER since I started to feel like I could not breathe. RESOLUTION: The dentist never told me that oxygen users should not use the laughing gas. More

1st time ever at mint and it was the best dentist visit I've ever had! Jasmine at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. After finally checking in Teada took my x-rays and seated me down, very sweet she is! Dr. Marc did my teeth cleaning and was fast but very thorough! I came in only for a cleaning but turned out needed a whole root canal, but both Dr. Dwaram and his assistant Annette were great at the procedure, they made sure I wasn't in any pain during the whole thing and made sure I was comfortable! Seriously best dentist visit I've had and will for sure make this place my go to for future appointments! More

I hadn't been to a dentist in 13 years. I finally got insurance and made an appt with Mint. I had extreme anxiety, shame and was very embarrassed to even walk in the building. They made me feel so welcome, and genuinely cared for. The dentist explained everything before doing it so I'd know what was going on to keep me calm. The hygienist was very calm and patient. I left with my mouth feeling 10 years younger and very clean. Thank you so much for keeping me at ease and giving me the best cleaning I've ever had. Seriously, thank you. More

My hygienist Natasha is AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! I only come to get my teeth cleaned by her, I have been to Plano, Addison and then Frisco just to see her. See I drink a lot of coffee and once I see her all of my stains are gone like magic! Because of her I purposely come four times a year to just get a cleaning! This place is amazing and the team here is always smiling and the vibe in the offices makes me feel like they truly care about me I consider them to be family! The blonde hair receptionist up front always finds a way to squeeze me in if I some times randomly show up for a cleaning before a big date! I just love this place ! Just check them out. More

Always glad to come into mint. Even during COVID (all the staff wear masks btw and they don’t pressure if you don’t like wearing em. They make sure you’re comfortable.) From massage chairs, to the masks, the professionalism, the smiling and eagerness to take care of their people make coming in here a truly pleasant experience. Listening to music and getting a routine cleaning while getting professional recommendations without the pressure of a sale is what going to a dentist should be like. Neon was great very sweet girl and very professional. She did mention she is usually at the Allen office. She was also very careful when she did the x-rays. Dr. Dwaram was fast and very professional and helpful. The cleaning was amazing. The gifts including the whitening pays for the visit. The only thing I didn't like was the front desk ladies eating when I arrived. It's not professional. I will come back and hopefully won't smell burritos. More

I am writing this review to receive a free syringe. I set my appointment on Monday and was in the office by Tuesday afternoon! I maybe stayed in the waiting room for 3-4 minutes max, and was able to hand fill out and sign all of the new patient forms. They were super friendly and got me right in. I was in there to get teeth whitening molds. Not only is this the only place i could find that covers teeth whitening treys through insurance, my treys were done IN OFFICE. I didn't have to leave and come back. They handed me the treys in a little gift bag and that was it! My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the office or the experience, is that the syringe they gave me was not enough to last 2-3 weeks like they said it was. it was about half way full and only lasted 5 days. ALSO my teeth are not even one shade brighter. AND I was sure to follow their instructions to a T. But the experience was great! More

The MINT office in Frisco was very nice and clean. The people were friendly and explained everything they were doing. They offer to make you as comfortable as possible. Everyone at Mint Dentistry has been very courteous from scheduling the appointment to all the interactions at the office. Kayla was friendly and super nice. Natasha was my hygienist and she was good. Here at mint I was able to relax in a Heated massage chair, receive xrays and cleaning done with teeth whitening and custom trays made the day of visit and of course I got to listen to my Sade to relax me in such a tense environment. My first time at the Frisco location was a good experience. They were very attentive to my needs throughout the entire visit. The hygienist was super nice & made the cleaning easy. The dentist did a thorough examination. The only thing I would change is that the dental assistant was a little scattered & had to repeat a couple of things but she was very nice & personable. More

I am writing this review to receive a free syringe. I set my appointment on Monday and was in the office by Tuesday afternoon! I maybe stayed in the waiting room for 3-4 minutes max, and was able to hand fill out and sign all of the new patient forms. They were super friendly and got me right in. I was in there to get teeth whitening molds. Not only is this the only place i could find that covers teeth whitening treys through insurance, my treys were done IN OFFICE. I didn't have to leave and come back. They handed me the treys in a little gift bag and that was it! My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the office or the experience, is that the syringe they gave me was not enough to last 2-3 weeks like they said it was. it was about half way full and only lasted 5 days. ALSO my teeth are not even one shade brighter. AND I was sure to follow their instructions to a T. But the experience was great! More

I just moved to Frisco and was having a stressful day and the experience here calmed me down yes at the dentist!!! This place is amazing!!!! Jasmine greeted me with the biggest smile and she answered all of my 20 questions! Teada and Dr.Bell worked really hard to set me up with a plan to better my smile and I can't wait to start! An Natashia is now my go to hygienist , that was the most gentle cleaning ever! More

My first impression of Mint has been amazing! The staff is so nice and very helpful. Kayla was great and gave me a lot of good information on the facility and how to maximize the benefits of the whitening treatments. The massage chairs are a wonderful touch during my cleaning as well! More

Totally worth switching here. Just had my teeth cleaned and let me start my saying from the very first minute I walked in...PROFESSIONAL!!! All the way to my pictures and X-Rays. Then... my teeth cleaning AMAZING!!! Natasha cleaned my teeth and she left nothing behind I mean NOTHING. I've never in my life had my teeth cleaned so well. I highly recommend coming here. Not a fan of going to the dentist but I keep hearing that Mint Dentistry is different so I decided to it. Everyone at Mint Dentistry has been very courteous from scheduling the appointment to all the interactions at the office. Kayla was friendly and super nice. Natasha was my hygienist and she was good. I ended up needing a filling and they were able to get that done while I was there, too! Experience was very good. I even made an appointment for my next cleaning! More

Came in with severe teeth pain for several days. They got me right in on the same day. I needed a root canal and also did it same day to help alleviate my pain as much as possible. Billy did my cleaning. So gentle and nice. I have not been to the dentist in about 10 years and have had major anxiety. Dr Bell eased my nerves and helped me get through this. My root canal was done by Kayla. Super sweet and gentle!! I’m behind grateful for them all and the entire office. So courteous and fast acting to help get me out of pain. Will be coming here from now on!!! More

Loved my visit! My babysitters were all busy so I had to bring my 3 small kids, but everyone was very kind and completely understanding. They offered iPads for them, gave them extra sunglasses, and turned on a movie for them to watch during my cleaning. Francisco made my cleaning easy and comfortable and was even great with my kids!
