Mint Dentistry is still the best out there. They are very kind, courteous and professional. They offer true on-line appointment scheduling without the hassle of having to call or receive numerous phone calls to schedule. Mint accepts a very good number of insurance plans, and they list them on their website. They have top of the line dental hygienist who perform the X-rays and dental cleaning. Their dentist are truly professional without the pressure sales pitches of “you have to do this” or “you must do this as soon as possible.” They’re caring in the way they present what’s going on with you, they create a transparent plan, give you your options and then it’s up to you to decide on how to proceed. They approach it like any medical condition knowing they can’t make you do anything, all they can do is provide you the most accurate information so you can make the best informed decision. I really appreciate them and so will you if you choose them! More

Going to the dentist is usually something I dread due to terrible experiences. I decided to try Mint Dentistry in Frisco hoping for a new perspective and experience. I gotta say that I really enjoyed the entire experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly with a great sense of humor! They give you the option to listen to your preferred style of music or watch Netflix while you have your teeth cleaned so that was definitely a new experience for me. To finish it off they provided a free teeth whitening kit. Definitely recommend giving Mint a try! More

I didn't like the dentist cuz it always hurt and that's why I never went but the staff were so gentle, non judgemental, patient and careful. I’ve had mixed results with MINT Plano and almost about to give up on MINT but Dr Dwaram at MINT Frisco came to my rescue. Dr Dwaram is very skilled at his work, great listener with empathy, never cease to amaze me with his technical acumen and resilience. I had been there at Frisco office for a handful of times followed by many bitter episodes with Plano office such as filling and crowning. I feel very confident now that MINT@Frisco never give up on patients until they see the patient smile! More

Now I normally hate the dentist! Because every time I go I feel rushed and forced to do something. This place made me feel like I was getting my teeth cleaned at home. Jasmine the nice lady at the front , was very patient with me she guided me through the whole process. She even shared her dental experiences with me ! The dentist was gentle and Tashia my Hygienist was detailed in my cleaning I almost feel asleep. I was able to schedule my treatment next day because I was to scare to do the same day but they understood and gave me more encouragement to comeback the next day. The services were inexpensive. I did not feel like I was being upsold or sold anything I didn't need. And as matter if fact I was shocked at how little they said I needed done because all my other dentists have always told me how bad my situation was. Not the case in this practice. The front office staff were polite and genuine, the x-ray lady was also polite and genuine, the guy who cleaned my teeth, also very nice and good at his job, and the lady who assessed what I needed done was also kind and agreeable and reasonable. I went for a cleaning and they told me about fillings needed. I elected for the fillings. I'm on oxygen (3 months) and suffer from anxiety, so I always ask dentists for laughing gas. This became a problem because I ended up in the hospital 3 days. I began to feel like I was coming down with something immediately after leaving Mint. COVID test came back negative and I used different cough meds for a few days. My lung doc sent me to ER since I started to feel like I could not breathe. RESOLUTION: The dentist never told me that oxygen users should not use the laughing gas. More

I went for a cleaning and they told me about fillings needed. I elected for the fillings. I'm on oxygen (3 months) and suffer from anxiety, so I always ask dentists for laughing gas. This became a problem because I ended up in the hospital 3 days. I began to feel like I was coming down with something immediately after leaving Mint. COVID test came back negative and I used different cough meds for a few days. My lung doc sent me to ER since I started to feel like I could not breathe. RESOLUTION: The dentist never told me that oxygen users should not use the laughing gas. More

While in town visiting, I started experiencing tooth pain, and Mint Dentistry Frisco was recommended to me by family. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the office was clean and modern. It turned out that my issue had to be dealt with by a specialist, so the doctor at Mint provided me with a referral, and 2 prescriptions (antibiotics and pain medicine). The appointment was quick and thorough. My only complaint is that I was prescribed acetaminophen for my pain, and it did not work at all. It turns out that anti-inflammatory pain medicine is what helps with tooth pain, so I spent that evening in a great deal of pain. This is the sole reason that Mint lost 1 star from my rating. More
